Xabji Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xabji platform and all related services. By registering an account on xabji or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Xabji reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use an account on xabji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws of your country of residence.
• Each person may register only one xabji account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any changes must be updated promptly.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. xabji is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

As part of account verification (KYC), xabji may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

Deposits on xabji must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through another person's mobile banking or bank account may be reversed.

• Deposited funds should not come from third parties. xabji monitors all transactions in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Depositing with borrowed funds from a credit card is strongly discouraged.
• If a deposit fails, the funds will be automatically returned to the sender's account within 1–3 business days.

KYC verification must be completed before making any withdrawal from xabji. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• The applicable rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. Any amount above this will be processed on the next business day.
• It is recommended that withdrawals be made to the same source used for the deposit. Withdrawing to a different method may require additional verification.
• Xabji reserves the right to hold and verify any suspicious withdrawal request.

Xabji offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times or across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, all associated accounts may be closed.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through low-risk betting or arbitrage strategies will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. If the rollover is not completed within this period, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Free bets must generally be used within 7 days of receiving the offer.

Betting on xabji follows international sports betting rules. Each sport has its own specific rules, which are detailed on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, partial or full cash out may be possible under the specified conditions.
• If a bet cannot be processed correctly due to a technical issue, xabji will void the bet and return the stake.
• Bets on events that are abandoned or postponed before kick-off are generally voided and the stake is returned.
• Bets cannot be placed at odds below 1.00 (evens).
• Xabji reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits on specific markets or events at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xabji. Any of these actions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to bet using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using funds from illegal sources on xabji (money laundering).
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.

At xabji, our members' well-being always comes first. To help keep betting enjoyable, we offer the following tools:

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Restrict yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications showing how much time and money you have spent.

Xabji is not liable for any losses resulting from the platform being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. However, once service is restored, xabji will ensure all data and balances remain accurate.

If these terms are updated, xabji will notify you via your registered email or directly on the platform. We aim to provide at least 7 days' notice before changes take effect, though immediate changes may be made when required for legal or security reasons.
