Xabji FAQ — Answers to All Your Questions

The xabji withdrawal process is completed in four steps:

Step 1 — Application: Account > Withdraw > select amount and method.
Step 2 — Verification: The system automatically checks KYC and rollover requirements.
Step 3 — Approval: Approval typically comes through within 15 minutes.
Step 4 — Transfer: Mobile Pay/Nagad: 10–30 minutes; Bank transfer: 1–3 business days.

The daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. Anything above that will be processed the following day. VIP members get priority and faster processing. Make sure your KYC is complete before requesting a withdrawal — otherwise it may get held up.

xabji's VIP program has five tiers in total — each offering more benefits than the last:

🥉 Bronze: Open to all registered members. Weekly cashback at 3%.
🥈 Silver: ৳20,000 in monthly bets. 5% cashback and faster withdrawals.
🥇 Gold: ৳50,000 in monthly bets. 7% cashback, exclusive match bonuses, and priority support.
💎 Platinum: Monthly betting of ৳1,50,000+. 10% cashback, a dedicated account manager, and higher withdrawal limits.
👑 Diamond: By invitation only. 15% cashback, custom bonuses, event invitations, and maximum withdrawal privileges.

Betting points are calculated monthly — 1 point for every ৳1,000 wagered. Your rewards update automatically as you move up tiers.

Follow these steps to update your profile information:

Name / Date of Birth: Log in to your account > profile icon at the top right > "My Profile" > edit your details > save. However, if KYC verification has already been completed, you'll need to submit a support request to change your name or date of birth.

Change Mobile Number: This cannot be done directly, as your phone number is part of identity verification. To request a change, contact support via chat or email support@xabji.com with both your old and new numbers. Once your national ID is verified, the update is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Changing your password is simple — go to Profile > Security > Change Password.

xabji offers two options —

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off / Self-Exclusion): Account > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Choose from 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or 1–5 years. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the selected period ends. Your balance will be retained while the account is suspended.

Permanent Closure (Account Close): To close your account permanently, submit a request via live chat or at support@xabji.com. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If you ever want to come back, you'll need to register a new account.

If you feel betting is becoming a problem, activating self-exclusion is a brave and smart move.

This is called an Accumulator or Acca bet — combining the outcomes of multiple matches into a single bet slip. On xabji, it's pretty straightforward:

Step 1: Go to the Sports Betting section.
Step 2: Click on your preferred odds in the first match — the selection will be added to your bet slip.
Step 3: Then click on another match — a second selection will be added to your slip.
Step 4: Add between 2 and 20 selections this way.
Step 5: Go to the "Accumulator" tab on your bet slip, enter your stake, and see your potential winnings.

Example: if three matches have odds of 2.0, 1.8, and 2.2, the combined odds are 2.0 × 1.8 × 2.2 = 7.92. A ৳1,000 bet would return ৳7,920 if all three win. Every selection must win — one loss and the entire bet is lost.

xabji offers several effective responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:

💰 Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes 7 days — all by design, to keep you protected.

📉 Loss Limit: Set a limit in advance so you can't place any more bets once you've lost a certain amount.

⏱️ Session Timer: Set a limit on how many hours you want to play in a single session. You'll be automatically logged out when time is up.

🔔 Reality Check: Receive a notification every 30 or 60 minutes to remind you how long you've been playing.

🚪 Self-Exclusion: Step away from the platform for anywhere between 1 week and 5 years.
